Constitution Day: Rally for the Rule of Law and Reading of the Constitution

September 17, 2025

On a chilly and rainy Constitution Day, Natrona County Democrats still showed up to Read and Rally for the Constitution! We handed out pocket Constitutions for those in attendance! We want to thank those who helped organize our speakers, those who volunteered to speak, and everyone who showed up on a cold day.

In this time of unprecedented attacks on our rights, it is important that all of us remember what our rights are and how our government is supposed to operate in accordance with our founding documents.

Please, take the time to read Constitution here: https://constitutioncenter.org/the-constitution/full-text

In this time of authoritarianism, we’re most reminded of the Bill of Rights, particularly the First Amendment:

“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.”

Stand for Freedom and Stand for Justice!
